  Ordered on line from Va.....order stated "shipped" couldn't understand their confirmation, so emails back & forth...Kathy says I chose "pick up" ..the proof she sent states "shipped" & gives my shipping address. Since I couldn't easily find or find at all, the pick up choice, I asked for my money back. Now Kathy says it was "" SHIPPED BY MISTAKE" & I should return it, then they'll refund my money. She was rude ..unkind...I can't feed my dog food from someone (owner) who does business ( see attached email) like this.....& I certainly won't order again, a dog can't tolerate such frequent changes.
  
  Sounds to me like she is just trying to keep my money
